The distinctive feature of our bakery departments is the rotating brick ovens, which enable us to bake old fashioned breads, just like your New York neighborhood bakery.

Our experienced bakers start at the crack of dawn and are busy throughout the day making your favorite Italian, Semolina, French and other specialty breads, from scratch using our own special recipe. 

We also bake from scratch other specialty items, such as pound cakes, cheese cakes, pudding cakes, ring cakes, pies, cookies and more.
